Are you our next Order Processing Specialist?
We are looking to recruit a new member to join our office in Ruse as E-commerce Order Processing Specialist. This person will be responsible for processing eCommerce orders and will be involved with the various steps of the logistics process. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent attention to details, good communication skills, advanced English knowledge, as well as Excel knowledge. Consistency in work performance, adherence to company standards and flexibility in implementing new processes are expected.What You'll Do Every Day:
- Processing eCommerce orders into order management system
- Ensuring that pricing and availability of the products are accurate
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with team members from the warehouses and other departments by keeping a good communication
- Tracking shipments to ensure placed and processed orders are delivered
- Completing adjustments in the system whenever needed
- Providing information on stock availability to other team members per request
- Preparing and updating reports and databases
- Preparing invoices and uploading documents to designated online platform
- Assisting finance team with collecting documents, credit notes, shortage claims and more
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Advanced English language skills (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy driven with a strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and effectively
The below will be considered as a plus:
- Experience in working with Sharepoint/ OneDrive is a plus
- Background with handling and/or interpreting financial documents
- Previous experience with ERP system
- A friendly and communicative approach
