Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator Part Time /4- 6 working hours per day/.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

• Support the organization of meetings, business trips, company events, conferences.

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.

• Manages reception area and looks after visitors.

• Provide administrative support to functional departments in the company.

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.


Requirements


• Very good knowledge of English.

• Very good computer skills - MS Office.

• Communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.
