We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to become part of our HR team!
The role will be focused on maintaining team spirit across the organization through strategic operationalization of the company values and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute employee communication strategy
- Prepare adequate announcements that are informative and reach people
- Knowing how to influence people through words
- Come up with different engagement activities for the employees across locations
- Organize events from A to Z
- Knowing how to maximize the available resources and work with a budget
- Conducts design and development work in programs such as the Employee Rewards and Recognition programs
- Consults with departments to develop programs and provide information designed to enhance employee engagement, team-building foundations, and cultural change initiatives.
- Designs processes and programs to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong team player
- Empathy, must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
- Creativity
