The Spare Parts Customer Support Specialist is the single point of contact for our clients in the EMEA and APAC region regarding their spare parts orders. The role involves the processing of client orders within our internal order application and our company’s ERP SAP. The role also involves active communication with both internal stakeholders (the Spare Parts Inventory Planner, the Sales Support Team for products, the Sales Managers for the EMEA and APAC territories and the operations personnel in our European distribution centre) as well as with external parties (our clients).
