Now, many years later, we provide end-to-end product development for renowned healthcare, fintech, and transportation companies from Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Silicon Valley, and more.
As the company grows, the Talent and Culture team encounters more and more challenges, so we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is bright and friendly, to join our crew.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring)
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Build and maintain strong relationship with universities’ career centers
- Participate in employer branding activities
- Research talent acquisition trends
- Learn about the tech stacks used in the company
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy - MS Office
- Great communicator
- Detail-oriented and proactive personality
