With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Screening of resumes and application forms from different recruitment channels;
- Pre-screening of short-listed candidates over the phone;
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates;
- On and off boarding of the Company’s employees;
- Sourcing and recruiting via LinkedIn;
- Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks;
- Sending feedback emails to the rejected candidates;
- Other assignments from the rest of the HR team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a technical recruiter, talent acquisition specialist- is a must;
- University degree Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Recourses or another relevant degree;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
- Desire to grow in the recruitment field in a product company;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Ability to meet short deadlines;
- Strong communication skills.
