We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a creative mind and out-of-the-box thinking, able to execute and enjoy several projects at a time, and always searching for improvements. Together with the rest of the Talents amp; Culture team, we’ll be shaping the life of the company at a large scale!

The role:

  • The key component here is building effective and professional IT teams through careful selection and assessment
  • By all means, ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Source and pre-select qualified, talented, and high-potential candidates using various resources - such as job boards, LinkedIn, alumni associations, university relations, and referrals.
  • Schedule video interviews, send out appropriate assignments and provide timely feedback for applicants.
  • Help out in organizing and attending recruitment and all other relevant events and initiatives to attract suitable applicants.
  • Collaborate across the Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to fully understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Contribute to creating, and publishing job ads, sharing content on social media channels and relevant job boards regarding open positions and various events.
  • Constantly come up with ideas for improvement of our vivid company culture.
  • Enjoy collaborating with more junior team members and assisting in their onboarding process.

  • Initiating Action: The willingness to take a lead role in improving and enhancing the product, avoiding problems. An individual who is willing to take the initiative and get things done and seek out additional responsibilities
  • Quality Focus: everyone works in one’s own area of the business, throughout the organization, by vendors, suppliers, etc. is performed with excellence and to high standards for quality and integrity.

You’ll do great in the role if you:

  • Have previous experience in Recruitment of at least 3 years
  • Manage effectively strategic planning and execution
  • Are an avid team player, keen on collaborating and finding unexpected solutions
  • Are naturally creative and think outside of the box
  • Always keep a positive mindset and constantly search for improvements
