With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, define and execute the best project management methodology for each assigned project;
- Responsible for managing scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
- Develop and implement programs and project management frameworks that are flexible, appropriately manages risks and leads to successful implementation of projects;
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master (5+ years);
- Proven ability to work with software engineering;
- Proven experience with Agile methodology;
- Excellent understanding of software project management techniques and concepts, including work breakdown, task estimation, risk and issue planning and management, critical path analysis and project and resource tracking;
- Proven track record of working through all phases of product (software) development lifecycle and delivering software applications to market;
- Proven team leadership and partnering skills, customer empathy and ability to drive technical integration and business-related issues;
- Ability to forecast and juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines and ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Accuracy and strong analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing) within the department, and with internal partners specifically the account and product management;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze problems and issues outside the box;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Not required, but a plus:
- Background in use cases and formal requirements elicitation;
- Knowledge in Java;
- Software and Architectural background.
