With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Recruitment Trainee.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists with a focus on recruitment;
- Screening of resumes and application forms from different recruitment channels;
- Screening over the phone;
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates;
- Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks;
- Sending feedback emails to the rejected candidates;
- Preparing the files of the new hired or terminated employees;
- Other assignments from the rest of the HR team.
Requirements
- University degree Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Recourses or other relevant degree;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
- Desire to grow in the recruitment field in a product company;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Ability to meet short deadlines;
- Strong communication skills;
