Description
As Project Manager within Transformation in Immedis, you will lead strategic projects, work with cross functional teams, govern and manage the project cycle. You will direct and manage the project, setting standards for assignments and applications. You will be responsible for the delivery of defined work and providing effective management to teams while giving guidance to others including key business users. This is a highly interactive role that requires ability to problem solve, co-ordinate cross functionally while embedding amp; measure change.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the definition, approach, facilitation, amp; completion of medium scale projects.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal requirements to address stakeholders needs:
- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending options,
- Establishing a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commence.
- Facilitate scoping amp; business priority setting for complex changes, engaging stakeholders as required.
- Using a structured iterative methodology, managing scope changes, amp; communicating the impacts.
- Establish clear goals and priorities needed to assess project performance.
- Use metrics amp; project plans to assess ongoing success of the project amp; effecting necessary changes.
- Lead knowledge transfer amp; post project reviews to inform lessons for continuous improvement.
- Identify, quantify, amp; manages issues impacting delivery of projects.
- Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained.
- Ensure regular amp; accurate communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as Project Manager.
- Extensive experience running amp; managing high value projects.
- Full understanding of the complete project life cycle.
- Highly driven amp; self-motivated to work as required to deliver projects.
- Hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality.
- Keen sense of Ownership to keep assigned tasks moving and to close out tasks fully.
- Proven ability to prioritise, be accountable and high level of attention to detail.
- Driven by a desire to Standardise and Simplify ways of working.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior staff members
