- You will help creating a team in Bulgaria from scratch (SW Developers amp; QA Engineers)
- You will support the team by coaching amp; supporting them with their challenges
- You will create a positive work environment focused on creativity and new ideas
- You will be responsible for the making sure the design of the product is according to the requirements
- You will find solutions to the daily escalations
- You will work closely with the product team amp; international engineering team
Requirements
In order to be successful, you should:
- Previous experience as a Full Stack Team Lead
- Have 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands on experience with React OR Angular
- Hands on experience with Node.JS OR Nest.JS OR Typescript OR Java
