We need a Customer Experience Associate to join our team to enable seamless service for our Ceridian customers.
The role will involve executing diligently on tasks with a key focus on process controls.
To be successful in the role you should be diligent, process orientated with keen attention to details. Ultimately, you are a responsible person with high levels of attention and meticulous in process execution.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on tasks that will enable channel partnerships amp; seamless customer experience.
- Diligence with data, documents and control processes.
- Identify threats and opportunities for improvements to processes and tasks.
- Make recommendations for process amp; task improvements.
- Responsible for management of customer’s data
- Assist with other tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience with deadlines, processes amp; tasks.
- Demonstrate diligence working in an environment with controlled processes.
- Passion amp; pride in the accurate completion amp; execution of processes amp; tasks
- Meticulous attention to details.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent analytical amp; feedback abilities.
