We need a Customer Experience Associate to join our team to enable seamless service for our Ceridian customers.

The role will involve executing diligently on tasks with a key focus on process controls.

To be successful in the role you should be diligent, process orientated with keen attention to details. Ultimately, you are a responsible person with high levels of attention and meticulous in process execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on tasks that will enable channel partnerships amp; seamless customer experience.
  • Diligence with data, documents and control processes.
  • Identify threats and opportunities for improvements to processes and tasks.
  • Make recommendations for process amp; task improvements.
  • Responsible for management of customer’s data
  • Assist with other tasks as directed.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience with deadlines, processes amp; tasks.
  • Demonstrate diligence working in an environment with controlled processes.
  • Passion amp; pride in the accurate completion amp; execution of processes amp; tasks
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical amp; feedback abilities.
