The person in this role is responsible for online and offline Casino marketing communication with the aim of converting new players and retaining existing players across our multiple platforms.
• Working hand in hand with the CRM to implement and optimize promotions, email templates, test promotion mechanics;
• Creating of all player communications - including emails, offline mailers, client messages, push notifications, popup messages and SMS;
• Execution of promotional payouts;
• Configuration of all bonuses and campaigns needed to implement the marketing plan;
• Gaining a deep understanding of all marketing tools and how they can be used to their full potential;
• Contributing to and implementing ideas to improve the current strategy and creating new projects and promotions tailored to different customer requirements aimed at increasing the lifetime value of the casino players;
• Aiding the implementation of new marketing tools to improve communication methods with the customers;
• Coordinating mailing and contact lists, checking the accuracy of the data and the segmentation of lists;
• Supporting and communicating efficiently with all other areas of the business and stakeholders, in particular, CS, Retention, VIP, Risk and Payments;
• Interpreting data to be able to develop further existing campaigns and make suggestions for future promotional activity;
• Initiating and implementing new strategies to the CRM process using competitor analysis.
