Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the TBI Commercial team on calls, presentations, meetings, and other means of communication with prospects and clients.
  • Deliver demonstrations of the TBI SaaS solutions to prospects.
  • Assist the TBI Commercial team to progress opportunities through each stage in the selling process.
  • Conduct analysis and fact finding with client's stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage requests and queries through the Solutions Consultancy Jira Service desk following the agreed SLAs and request type metrics.
  • Support other team members of the Solutions Consultancy team with workload balance and other tasks.
  • Participate in the build of Proof of Concepts (POC) to prospective clients and the ancillary setup required in the TBI SaaS platforms.
  • Acquire and keep up to date in-depth technical knowledge for all TBI solutions that can help overcome issues, increase sales, and connect better with the customer base.
  • Support the development of the TBI Commercial team with regards to product knowledge, knowledge gaps and day to day solution queries.
  • Carry out research and data collection to understand better the organisation and the VAT setup of the clients.
  • Identify opportunities to sell/upsell and form specific solutions to support the TBI Commercial team in their efforts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and present solutions on deal flow hurdles to ensure that deals are progressing as fast as possible to reduce Cost of Service.
  • Report to the Solutions Consultancy Team Leader on the delivery of strategic OKRs set by the Senior VAT Compliance Manager and C-Level Management.
  • Working with marketing resources in ensuring that the competitor landscape is well documented.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in selling VAT solutions or managing global VAT solutions for clients as a key account manager/relationship manager.
  • An excellent communicator and a good listener with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A strong track record of developing VAT solutions successfully and growing scope of VAT services through effective client communication.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and strategic planning ability.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
  • In depth VAT Compliance knowledge would be a distinct advantage and the ability to communicate this to prospective clients.
  • A very good level of Business English is a must, other languages are an advantage.
  • A solution orientated professional who can work in a very international team environment.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance or business studies is an advantage.
  • Experience in Software Development and/or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or other Service and Software Management platforms is a plus.
