Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Processing to lead our payment processing operations and drive excellence in our financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payment processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the payment processing team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of payment processing operations.
  • Monitor and analyze payment trends, transaction volumes, and processing times to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, compliance, and customer support teams, to enhance payment options, features, and functionalities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payment processing, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with payment service providers, banks, and other external partners to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and explore new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement fraud prevention measures and risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect the company and its players.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on payment processing performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in payment processing operations within the iGaming or online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of payment methods, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading and managing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, payment processing platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing payment processing in the iGaming industry, such as PCI DSS, AML, and KYC requirements.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
