Your daily activities as Junior Account Manager (Italian Speaker) will be:

  • Work with new leads to convert to live clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Support teams to identify and grow opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

You are best for this role if you are:

  • Relevant experience as an Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, Technical Customer Support, Key Account Manager, or any other customer-facing relevant roles, with Italian clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Italian language).
  • Ability to work Mond-Fri 9:00-18:00 (GMT+1).
