Job tasks amp; responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain company products and services.

• Providing on site installation and upgrades of products following plans, either by working alone or part of a team.
• Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products amp; initiatives, and consistently, make every effort to increase knowledge of the industry and strengthen business acumen.
• Use procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information, and make judgments.
• Follow up and maintain a trustful and long-term consultative relationship with Printec's key stakeholders to ensure their technical issues are resolved and fully functional.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Degree, preferably Bachelor degree in HW/ Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Electrical engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• English literacy will be considered an asset.
• Communication skills and ability to work with clients
• Valid driving license B cat.
