Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and business analysts;
- Illustrate design ideas with appropriate tools;
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
- Bring the prototypes into fully usable by the development team HTML pages;
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Be able to work on several projects in parallel;
- Work as a part of a team and as an independent unit;
- Work alongside other designers to facilitate optimal and comprehensive enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the role of Web Designer or similar
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in wireframe tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe CC amp; Figma
- Ability to write clean and standards-compliant HTML and CSS, as well as proficiency in front-end frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap and Material UI
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessing
- A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse team members
- Effective time-management skills
- Working proficiency in English
- Familiarity with using GitHub
Good to have
- Good knowledge of best UX practices;
- Building Design Systems Figma -gt; HTML/CSS
- Experience in developing enterprise solutions;
- Ability to create motion graphics;
- Wordpress knowledge;
