Product Manager

Quantive is seeking an incredible Product Manager with 1+ years of experience in a SaaS company to join our amazing Product team.

This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office.

Your primary role as a Product manager will be to collect customer feedback and requirements, analyze the market, assess the product opportunities and threats, define solutions, and help building and executing the Product roadmap.

You will work closely with Engineering, UX and Marketing staff to design, develop and launch new products and functionalities.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Accountable for the phases of the product development lifecycle: ideation, scoping, design, prototype, development and launching new features and functionalities
• Maintain the Product Roadmap items
• Communicate and coordinate changes in the Product within the organization and the customer base
• Collaborate with UX staff and Engineering staff to ensure the shipped products are usable, and valuable to customers
• Define metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions concerning the product features and functionalities
• Complete other responsibilities at the discretion of the direct manager

To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:

• 1+ years experience in a product-led SaaS company
• BA/BS in Computer Science, or related work experience
• Experience in SaaS Products
• Experience in building products, platforms, marketplace, product ecosystems from scratch
