Currently, we are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our Legal amp; Compliance Department!

The role of Compliance Assistant is focused on managing the process relating to complaints handling, investigations, research, and other legal documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the process relating to complaints, police investigations, and other judicial enquiries;
  • The Employee shall ensure that all complaints are handled within the internal guidelines and timescales;
  • Ensures that responses are clear and demonstrate that a thorough investigation has been undertaken;
  • Maintains accurate complaints and enquiries handling records on the Company’s internal registers providing a clear and concise audit trail;
  • Collaborates with other departments and business units to identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues or concerns;
  • Conducts periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that the company`s operations are following regulations and internal policies/procedures;
  • Provides reports regularly to keep the company management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts;
  • Consult the Management Body about processes, practices, systems, and areas of improvement;
  • Comply with all internal regulations, procedures, and policies and ISO management system;
  • Assists in the development, implementation, maintenance and revision of written policies and procedures related to compliance activities;
  • Keeps informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on the organizational processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law or other relevant Bachelor`s or Master’s degrees with a focus on finance or economics;
  • Knowledge of the AML/CTF legislation at the EU level;
  • Certificate in English at level C1 or higher;
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of loyalty;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional experience in the e-commerce industry in a similar position would be valued would be considered an advantage
