Job Description

Quantive is seeking a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience in Project Management to join our amazing Product team.

This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office.

The Role

Your primary role as Project Manager will be to coordinate the work between the Product, Design and Engineering teams. You will help arranging the schedule around the product roadmap - assuring all roadmap items are up to date, all stakeholders are aligned. The Project Manager at Quantive is also responsible for organizing the release management process, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, release documentation prepared, and customers are informed.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing staff to organize and coordinate all Ramp;D work within the organization.

The Details:

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Product, UX, and Engineering staff to ensure smooth roadmap delivery
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap items
  • Communicate and coordinate changes in the Product team within the organization
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure product efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
  • Complete other responsibilities at the discretion of the direct manager
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:

  • 1+ years of Project management experience
  • Experience in working with Product and Engineering teams
  • BA/BS in Business management, or related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
