With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as an Account Manager with Italian.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong long-term relationships with the VIP players through regular casual and promotional contact;
- Ensuring an outstanding user experience and service satisfaction by providing first contact resolution on queries/issues.
- Conduct analysis of daily gaming experience and deposit activity of an assigned portfolio of players.
- Identify potential risk of churn and act upon it through predefined processes.
- Initiate proactive contacts via phone; mail; SMS pursuing an increase of the VIP players’ lifetime value, the active VIP players count and long-term retention.
- Promoting tailor made offers to ensure customized experience of the key VIP players.
