What You'll Do:
We invite you to be a part of inMusic, a cutting-edge technology company as our Sales Specialist, reporting directly into the VP of International Export Sales. This role plays a supportive role for our sales team and their customers, and provides an opportunity for you to manage a portfolio of select customers. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be communicating daily with customers to provide status updates on open orders, backorders and future orders via email and phone correspondence. On a Day to Day Basis, You Will:
- Deliver a seamless monthly ordering experience that delights our valued customers at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with the Inventory team to ensure stock availability for your entrusted customer accounts.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date price lists within our systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay informed about the dynamic market landscape and stay ahead of evolving trends to keep our product offerings fresh and compelling.
- Consistently exceed internal sales targets, achieving robust and sustainable sales growth.
- Ensure a strong customer relationship through regular face-to-face meetings, complemented by consistent phone and email contact.
- Expertly merchandise products both in-store and online to drive maximum visual appeal and customer interest.
- Showcase new product offerings to upsell and guide customers towards achieving their target goals.
- Work closely with internal departments to provide essential support and resources to your accounts when needed.
- Stay tuned to the market landscape, keeping a finger on the pulse of evolving trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the success and growth of our team.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and BI systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
