With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as an Operations Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate withpayments, operations amp; marketingteams to gatherrequirements, and define scope of work for new features, fixes and enhancements, and third-party integrations
- Apply technical expertise andprojectmanagement experience to manage and deliver successful implementationof the operations unit roadmap and ad-hocprojectsvia effective communication and collaboration betweendifferent teams and stakeholders
- Work closely withContent, Design,Casino , CRM amp; Web Servicestounderstand market challenges, competitive requirements, and product direction
- Work closely with designers to create wireframes and mockups that effectively communicaterequirements to development teams
- Align and coordinate timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that may impactdelivery timelines and quality
- Test and approveprojectdeliverables from theoperationsteam and ensure they meet therequired quality standards
- Develop and maintainprojectplans, timelines, and status reports and keep all stakeholdersinformed about live issues,projectprogress, challenges, and changes
- Research adding new product features to the roadmap based on the competitor landscape
- Actively maintain Jira boards and prioritize the backlog
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previousprojectmanagement experience within the online gaming industry isstrongly desired
- Ability to communicate complex ideas across multiple teams for technical and non-technicalaudiences
- Ability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously and determine priorities
- Fluent spoken and written business/professional English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies andprojectmanagement tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
