Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's overall information technology strategy and operations;
• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives;
• Lead and guide IT projects, ensuring their successful execution;
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost optimization;
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions;
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations;
• Collaborate with other executives to drive digital transformation initiatives;
• Build and develop a high-performing IT team;
• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for strategic technology investments;

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CIO or in a similar leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies;
• Excellent understanding of information security and data privacy;
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with business objectives;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus;
