With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as an Affiliate Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting account managers in service delivery to a high standard of onboarding and setup processes.
- Affiliate Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new affiliatesand be the first point of contact.
- Account Administration: Manage administrative tasks such as opening affiliate accounts,providing marketing materials, set up of IOs and implement pixels.
- Tracking Link Setup: Set up and manage tracking links, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution for affiliate campaigns.
- Reporting Preparation: Generate reports on affiliate performance, compiling data and analytics for the affiliate manager's review and decision-making.
- Compliance Oversight: Assist in monitoring affiliate activities to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation related to affiliate accounts, activities, and communications.
Requirements
- Creative: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase new affiliate onboarding efficiency and build brilliant relationships.
- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients .
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer skills, familiarity with office software, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially in tracking links, creative assets, and reports.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to assist affiliates and work collaboratively within the team.
- Initiative: Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting in the improvement of affiliate management processes.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
