Job Description

The role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Operations Specialist to join our team. The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that products and services are successfully launched, optimized, and maintained throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report locally to Management and functionally to the Head of Product Operations and is part of a Product Ops international team

· Work closely with product management, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that all product initiatives are aligned and executed effectively

· Make sure roadmap and decisions are documented, global metrics defined and followed to improve alignment around the delivery

· Establishes internal best practices, and ensures team members are using tools effectively, and trains and coaches when necessary

· Coordinate transversal topics, and facilitate the resolution of transversal impediments

· Identify key dependencies and implement action plans

· Monitor delivery metrics and identify and address issues to ensure that the delivery is running smoothly, proposing action plan when necessary

· Liaise with the Product Operations team on current processes and procedures relevance and ensure that the product operations function operates efficiently and effectively.

· Provide regular updates on product operations initiatives to senior management (the Head of Product Operations and other stakeholders).

Requirements

· 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, or strategy

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders to achieve their goals

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences

· Strong change management and coaching skills with the ability to facilitate change in a fast changing atmosphere and a wide range of stakeholders

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have an helicoptere view on projects

· Pro-active and business-oriented

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
