At the moment we are looking for an End User Support Specialist who possesses a strong proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, coupled with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support to everyone in Dreamix.



Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Help employees to set up systems or resolve issues through a series of actions
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Order, maintain and keep inventory of the hardware in the company (including laptops, printers, servers, etc.)
  • Communicate when needed with 3rd party service providers like Cloud Office (Google Workspace), Wi-Fi network service, Dell-Shop, RSConsult
  • Continuously do research on better hardware and compare prices before placing an order
  • Analyze emails reported as phishing
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases


Main requirements:

  • Previous experience installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
  • Great technical support experience, remote problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems hardware and peripherals
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proactive personality with great problem solving skills
  • Working level of written and spoken English
  • Experience with Linux based OS or macOS will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with setting up Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows Sysinternals tools, and MS Office applications suite will be considered as an advantage
