We are now looking to recruit Spare Parts Manager t to join the fast-growing and expanding team in our Ruse office.

Role Purpose:
Reporting directly to the European Service Manager, the job holder will be responsible for supervising and managing the Spare Parts team based in our Ruse office. The Spare Parts Manager will be committed to providing excellent service; will ensure KPIs are achieved and that the company maintains a consistent and well managed inventory of spare parts across several global distribution centers.
Main tasks and duties:
• Forecasting and planning spare parts inventory across several global distribution centres.
• Maintaining stock levels.
• Raising inter-company purchase orders and liaising with vendors to ensure lead times are met.
• Providing front line support to distribution partners to advise on queries relating to spare parts.
• Setting department KPIs and ensuring targets are achieved.
• Ensuring the inter-company spare parts app is updated and maintained with the most up to date information.
• Reviewing ongoing practices and systems to ensure that staff are consistently performing at optimum efficiency, and to identify any areas where improvements can be made.
• Carrying out quarterly 121’s with direct reports; with a focus on performance, attendance and assigning personal objectives for the quarter ahead.
