We are looking for a Human Resources Expert to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including promotions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and exit interviews
  • Identify applicable legal requirements at state and central levels, update the HR policies on a regular basis, and ensure they are compliant with the local regulatory requirements (e.g. country-specific leave policy, etc.) and the social security norms
  • Monitor maintenance of documentation as required
  • Participate in internal/external audits; Provide inputs on information requested by auditors and respond to audit queries as and when required
  • Conduct salary surveys and various reports
  • Manag employee data: prepare paperwork, enter data into HR information systems, write and update Job Descriptions when needed
  • Manage compensation and benefits packages for employees, collaborating with third-party service providers
  • Provide guidance and support for employees and managers in handling HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment
  • Act as a contact point for HR matters requiring specific subject matter knowledge;
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Attend to other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the line manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Bulgarian employment regulations
  • Experience in the implementation of HR policies and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, being a self-organized person
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Helping attitude and teamwork orientation
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
