The Business Process Improvement Analyst is the company specialist in improving business processes. The BPI Analysts work with the team to evaluate existing processes, analyse implemented changes and recommends adjustments to workflows. The role also includes day to day ownership of JIRA in regards to functionality, improvements and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Work with teams across the commercial organisation to map and analyse current processes, both in client management and in functions supporting the customer delivery
- Identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity, are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practice.
- To work closely with stakeholders to document functional requirements and align processes and system set-up for integrated information solutions and maximum organisational benefit.
- To develop and implement process controls, monitoring and optimisation, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Be the internal subject matter expert in regards to JIRA projects, workflow, plugin, and integration configuration, Confluence administration, user and permissions administration
- Drive multiple projects (sometimes simultaneously) from start to finish, making a profound impact on the productivity and efficiency of our global workforce
- To actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Map and assess current business processes and ways of working
- Identify process improvements and redesign processes and ways of working using strong principles and in line with best practice,
- Identify interdependencies between teams to ensure ‘end to end’ delivery to customers at all times
- Developing process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for redesigned processes
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian verbally and written is a requirement. Additional languages a strong advantage.
- Experience in analysing and implementing processes
- Implement BPI with the client needs front of mind - bringing an outside-in perspective to optimise processes and maximize returns.
- Works well independently with a strong sense of how to prioritise
- Energetic and have the stamina to deliver results both in the short and long term.
- Confident in analyzing and concluding large sets of data.
- Results orientated in your approach.
- A strong communicator and feel comfortable leading dialogues in cross-cultural teams.
