Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with a keen eye for exceptional visual content to support marketing efforts and campaigns. Your primary focus will be on designing materials that effectively communicate the brand's message, enhance its visual identity, and engage target audiences.
If you join our team, you will:
- Design visuals for various company needs: presentations, social media, case studies, articles, newsletters, quarterly reports, and infographics
- Create engaging video content for Social Media and our website
- Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with different departments to design print materials (Talents and Culture, Business Development, Partnership Management, etc.)
- Design new landing pages to enhance user experience
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
What qualifications you should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools are essential
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro would be an advantage
- Expertise in UI / UX / Web design would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- A focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering designs that meet project objectives and contribute to overall business goals
