With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as Development Manager in Games, who will implement and monitor research and development strategies.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage all the teams in the unit: Server, Frontend and QA;
- Analyze and create project scope and milestones for several department initiatives;
- Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the department;
- Implement and monitor research and development strategies;
- Lead key projects with Ramp;D to support business goals;
- Improve existing technologies amp; methodologies based on industry trends and develop new products to meet the needs of the company’s target market;
- Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions;
- Work with other teams and units in the company to ensure that quality of the development meet the highest standards;
- Build change amp; release management processes;
- Oversee quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in Ramp;D area;
- Proven experience with lean and agile methods of software development;
- Significant management experience;
- Experience in the gaming industry;
- Communicationskills:Development manager must be able to communicate with internal clients of all backgrounds and educational levels;
- Driven andself-motivated:Goal-oriented, professional who will push himself to success;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering(preferably)
