US Customer Service Representative with English

We are looking to recruit a new person for the position of Customer Service Representative with English to join our team in Varna.

Working hours: 10:00 - 18:30 or 12:00 20:30 Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Your main responsibility will be promoting and selling the company's portfolio of services over the phone.
• You will also handle all requests from potential and existing customers and will ensure all of them receive a high level of personal care and attention.

To perform your duties, you need to have an excellent command of written and verbal English. This role is perfect for a sales-driven personality and for people who would like to develop their persuasion and negotiation skills. You will get the chance to work both individually and as a part of a team.
