Reporting to Director, People Solutions - this is a hybrid role located in Varna, Bulgaria

Overview: Manage HR Service Delivery for Bulgaria supported by the Global People Solutions team. Implement global UKG practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up for HR Operations and services as per the Global HR Service Delivery guidelines with customizations as needed for Bulgaria.
  • Manage HR Service Delivery which includes end to end operations for the employee life cycle onboarding to offboarding efficiently and effectively. Recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Be the primary point of contact for People Solutions in Bulgaria
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders such as payroll, IT, finance etc. for specific program roll outs.
  • Manage vendors for People Solutions (e.g. document storage vendor)
  • Partner with the HR team to implement UKG’s global policies amp; programs.
  • Manage resources assigned work allocation, resource planning, engagement, development etc.

Requirements

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in practicing HR , including years as manager/supervisor
  • An understanding of laws and regulations in Bulgaria
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to be consultative
  • Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality
  • Prior experience in a shared services environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends, and familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Language fluent in Bulgarian and English
