Your mission
As a Business Automation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving automation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes. Your role will involve leveraging technical expertise, automation tools, and integration solutions to automate salesforce processes, transfer data efficiently, and save time and money. Additionally, you will be involved in expanding the team's capabilities in areas such as business intelligence, including creating dashboards, reports, and performing data analysis, as well as exploring opportunities in robotic process automation (RPA).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong experience in SQL DB
- Experience in Salesforce automation, including logical flows, Apex codes, and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for automation purposes.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, including creating dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, with experience in implementing RPA solutions considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management skills, including the ability to translate user stories into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Fast problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units, while working with remote teams and external partners.

- Automation Tools, Scripting, and Workflow Development: Utilize automation tools and programming languages like Python to develop scripts, macros, and workflows. Leverage your programming skills to automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. Design and implement efficient automation solutions that save time and resources.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Implementation: Explore and implement RPA solutions to automate rule-based tasks and processes. Identify suitable processes for automation and develop RPA workflows. Utilize RPA tools and technologies to optimize productivity, reduce manual effort, and free up human resources for more strategic and complex activities.
- Salesforce Administration, Automation, and Integration: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to administer and optimize salesforce processes. This includes automating workflows, creating custom triggers, and implementing logical flows and Apex codes. Ensure seamless integration between systems to facilitate efficient data transfer and information flow. Streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.
- Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Decision-Making: Collaborate with the team to create interactive dashboards reports and perform data analysis. Utilize your data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide stakeholders with valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning. Contribute to business growth by leveraging data-driven approaches.
