Your mission

The Enterprise Support Specialist is accountable for providing support and handle large and medium size global merchants account requirements in aspects related but not limited to operational, underwriting, payments, risk, technical and other tasks. Through constant customer engagement as well as with internal teams the Enterprise Support Specialist will be managing multiple tasks until resolved.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business support /operational support/underwriting role of a technology based B2B service.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Online payments background - a must
  • Technical knowledge of the payment ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Multi-tasking skills with the highest attention to detail.
  • Comfortable liaising with customers.
  • Previous experience with CRM is mandatory. The salesforce-specific background is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and team player.
  • Innovative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent written and verbal English - written and spoken level C1
  • B.A in a relevant field.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage handle and resolve multiple tasks through tickets and emails related to our merchants’ operational activities while maintaining high quality customer service.
  • Collaborating closely with multiple Nuvei departments (such as technology, risk, underwriting, finance and 3rd parties where required) with objective to ensure smooth, timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain highest standard of quality and quantity of responses on all merchants related topics and aspects subject to SLA.
  • Completing daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
  • Perform any other related tasks that are deemed essential to the success of the team and to the support of our merchants.
