Job Description

With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as Head of Games.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all the teams in the unit;
- Implement and monitor research and development strategies;
- Lead key projects with Ramp;D to support business goals;
- Improve existing products based on industry trends and develop new products to meet the needs of the company’s target market;
- Work with other teams and units in the company to ensure that games meet the highest standards;
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth;
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients;
- Attending conferences and industry events;
- Build relationships with B2C/B2B companies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in Ramp;D area;
- Significant management experience;
- Experience in the gaming industry;
- Strong communication skills;
- Driven and self-motivated;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering (preferably).
