Job Description
We are seeking for a Human Resources Senior Operations Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the HR operational processes within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and efficient HR systems management.
What you will be doing!
HR Process Management
- Streamline and manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor HR operations team, ensuring effectiveness and productivity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Systems and Technology:
- Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and maintenance.
- Utilize HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular reports for senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local laws.
- Mitigate HR-related risks and issues proactively.

Requirements
What you need to succeed in the role!- 7+ years of proven experience in HR Operations or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Broad experience in cross-functional HR process improvement
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
