TBI are delighted to be able to give you the opportunity to join our Onboarding Function at a time of significant growth within the company. To support this growth, we are seeking to recruit a results-orientated OnboardingProject Manager, focusing predominately on our ground-breaking VAT platforms. You will experience the excitement of a fast-moving stimulating environment where learning and cross departmental collaboration is fundamental.

Within our Onboarding function we pride ourselves on setting high standards for software delivery through all aspects of the implementation lifecycle while enhancing the customer delivery experience and instilling positive change within the organisation.

The successful candidate will plan, co-ordinate and closely monitor a designated project portfolio while understanding wider objectives that may impact future implementations. Stakeholder management will be essential as you develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and most importantly, always delivering great customer service to our many blue-chip clients globally.

Requirements

  • Own a diverse client portfolio delivering an industry leading implementation.
  • Develop and manage governance controls to monitor the progress against the agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
  • Attend and chair Steering meetings and/or conference calls with customers and with internal stakeholders.
  • Think creatively and maximise the customer journey whilst delivering on personal targets and helping to achieve team targets.
  • Communicate at all levels (internal and external) and adopt a flexible amp; consultative approach as required.
  • Have oversight of the project resources undertaking the work and quality assure their deliverables and documentation.
  • Ownership of client issues\escalations and resolution of same ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Ensure that delivery of projects is to the agreed high standards and scope as per the TBI implementation methodology.
  • Support new and existing system onboarding projects.
  • Support the full project lifecycle, from initiating a project, client training, implementation, UAT support and live running as per the SAAS implementation methodology.
  • Continually feed into the onboarding strategy of continuous improvements.
