With a team of over 50 coaches and mentors and a track record of 500 successful placements in leading firms such as McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, MCO is taking over the consulting world.
Our team is made up of experienced former consultants and recruiters who have spent time at the same firms we help our clients get jobs at. We provide comprehensive support to our clients, from helping them land interviews to preparing them for the interviews and beyond. We are committed to helping our clients reach their goal of becoming successful management consultants.
About the role:
As the Recruiting and Partnerships Manager at MCO, you will be a key stakeholder in hiring and building the right team to support our clients in achieving their dreams. You will be the first point of contact for potential coaches, teammates, and partners, providing the opportunity to shape the team and culture of the organization.
You will be responsible for evaluating internal candidates, connecting with potential partners, and helping to build a team that is committed to our clients and their success. It is important for us to hire the best people who are passionate about our mission and have the ability to bring us great leads. Your role will be integral in helping us meet our goals of providing the best service to our clients.
In this role, you will be an important part of the organization, touching several parts of the business. You will need to be people-facing, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential partners and internal candidates. You will need to be able to assess candidates' skills, knowledge and experience, ensuring we are hiring the right people for the right job.
You will be the face of MCO, and the team member that potential partners and internal candidates will first interact with. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the mission of our organization and has a deep understanding of recruiting and partnerships.
This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
Partnerships
Research and identify potential new partnerships (e.g. with universities, YouTube influencers, consulting clubs, etc.)
Reach out to potential partners and build relationships to foster growth and collaboration
Develop strategies and plans to ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial
Work with the workshop team to ensure smooth coordination of any online workshops
Maintain existing partnerships and ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of updates, changes, and opportunities
Recruitment
Source, screen and evaluate potential candidates for open roles at MCO
Post job openings on relevant job boards/websites
Review incoming applications, contact selected candidates and lead interviews
Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from initial contact to extending offers
Develop and maintain a database of potential partners and candidates for future roles

Requirements
2+ years of experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG’s recruiting teams
Experience leading high volume meetings and conversations
Experience working with Zoom, Excel, Airtable, Calendly, Asana, and Gmail
Experience providing performance feedback
Experience working with data and making decisions on where to focus
Responsive to feedback and open to further growth
Enjoys working with people
Tech savvy
Analytical mindset and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
