Throughout the Day
  • Perform CVs assessments to ensure the candidates have the needed knowledge, skills, and experience for our open positions.
  • Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Assess candidate's current Level as per our Management Model and present the main concepts and key-points.
  • Administer technical tests.
  • Manage documentation related to the hiring process.
