Job Description

Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Regional Channel Manager, EMEA with experience building business relationships in a partner setting to join the team.


This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office :)

The Role

Your primary role as Regional Channel Manager will be to:

  • Generate effective new partnership opportunities.
  • Generate partner originated and partner influenced pipeline.
  • Drive satisfaction across our partners and their customers.

The right person for the role will have a potent combination of strong relationship-building skills, detail-orientation, command of analytical and reporting methods, and an understanding (or the ability to quickly develop an understanding) of Gtmhub's business and its corresponding market dynamics and technology.


The Nitty Gritty

As Regional Channel Manager, EMEA, you will:

  • Identify, engage and land partnership opportunities in EMEA timezones with a drive for quality partnerships through intelligent discovery.
  • Stay abreast of and share industry, competitor, and market dynamics that could affect the relationship between Gtmhub and its service partners.
  • Manage your business pipeline effectively on a day to day cadence.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with our partners driving for mutual business outcomes.
  • Onboard service partners, working closely with our product, customer success, marketing and sales organizations.

What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience developing business relationships in a partnership setting.
  • Detail orientation and process-focus, always looking to improve the partner experience.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel and meet with partners in the region, circumstances permitting.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Business Agility and Digital Transformation concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus (must be fluent in English, both written and verbal)
