We have a proven track record for delivering, managing and innovating multi-channel commerce platforms for major international brands and retailers including Clarins, Asda Direct, adidas and many more. Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.
As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:
Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Main responsibilities of the role are:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by drafting job ads, posting them on our internal and external job boards, proactive searches for the right candidates, scheduling interviews, participating in the phone screens and face-to-face interviews
- Maintaining the applicant tracking within the internal recruitment systems
- Supports the new joiner onboarding process
- Participate in recruitment events such as fairs and conferences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous talent acquisition experience in the IT sector
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record in an environment where deadlines and targets need to be met
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with MS Excel
- Very good verbal and written English skills
