As?a Payroll Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our client’s payrolls through our payroll software.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check tax returns / payrolls.
  • Assist in the preparation of international tax returns / payrolls.
  • Maintain a register of services provided to customers.
  • Assist the head of the department in providing advice on taxes / payroll to current and future clients.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Create strong relationships with clients through regular interaction with them, answering their inquiries and attending meetings with the heads of the customer review department.
  • Comply with the department's policy regarding communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Provide effective assistance in onboarding new customers.
  • Provide timely information for issuing invoices.
  • Set specific tasks for team members and monitor their timely implementation.
  • Monitor the performance of new team members and report on their achievements in relation to goals.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, writing articles in the company's blog, represent the company at various events.

Additional responsibilities:

  • To provide all the information to his colleagues in the department and to the other colleagues in the company in clear English, both orally and in writing, in e-mail or in the database.
  • Ensure that all information related to a particular customer is stored in the relevant file.
  • Ensure regular updating of the information in the client's file, including all documents.
  • Pay special attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry in the company's database.

Requirements

Requirements for the position:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the preparation and verification of tax returns / processing of payrolls.
  • Acquired tax qualification or qualification related to the processing of payroll is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills for planning and allocation of working time.
  • Ability to organize the volume of work and provide summary for updated reports to managers and customers.
  • Excellent command of English - written and spoken.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and clearly communicate information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • To be motivated, professional and able to work on their own initiative, to take responsibility and to be able to be flexible, proactive and pragmatic.
