The Role
For our support team, we are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Software Support Engineer. In this role you will be working with many functions in our client organizations.
The Software Support Engineer provides support and troubleshooting to our installed base and cloud customers. You will devise the best solutions for technical problems and communicate promptly with our customers. Good understanding of enterprise environments, network architectures, database and web technology is required to succeed in this role. Providing expert services to our partners and clients is one of our core competencies. World class support with an excellent customer experience for installed base customers is what we strive for every day.
