We’re looking for a Manager KYC Training and QA to join our growing Compliance Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Reporting to Head of KYC and Onboarding. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience to train and monitor the performance of the Know Your Customer (KYC) team’s results and improve the customers’ experience. You will establish the training function that will help maximize team performance, quality of work and end customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the training arm which will be responsible for creating / standardizing new hire and ongoing training within the KYC department;
- Build a strong QA team that will implement the best quality standards;
- Build and constantly improve the training plan;
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with KYC Team Leads and Managers;
- Hold regular meetings with Compliance Ops Management to review performance;
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards;
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth;
- Work along with the Head of KYC and Onboarding on setting up and executing a ‘Performance Improvement Plan’ for the KYC analysts.
Requirements
You will know we are looking for you if you have:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English;
- Related experience in training and QA will be considered an advantage;
- Proven leadership skills, working with diverse teams in an operational environment where effective supervision and coaching were demonstrated;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with staff, management, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Fast learner and able to adapt to a global company;
- Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification;
- Some knowledge or a basic understanding of KYC, AML, COB and periodic review of customers;
