What Are We Looking For:
This passionate company is expanding and searching for motivated, talented and driven?Partner Management Associate?to join their growing team in Varna.
The key objective of this role is to support our Partner Management Team with the Commercial and Contractual work involved. Immedis Partner network include 120+ partners for which we need to maintain reliable store of up to date pricing, data and information, allowing us to seamlessly assist our Sales and Implementation teams in matching appropriate partnerships. Actively participating the RFP ( request for pricing ) process, by creating the quotations in the timeframe given. Completing of Partner management contractual process, engaging new partners and existing one to a project. Participating in new initiatives related to Partner team automation development.
Support the Partner Management Team with the following activities:
• Maintain and update pricing for global suppliers
• Prepare amp; send out requests for pricing, supporting the sales team
• Properly recording of all quotes received from the partners
• Analyze pricing submissions and make recommendations
• Negotiate with partners in order to deliver best market price
• Actively assist with partners assignments to a project
• Manage partner readiness to take on Immedis project. Issue quarterly pipelines
• Effective Dialogue with partners related to commercial and contractual terms
• Effective Dialogue with all other Teams within Immedis
• Actively participating in the new projects related to Partner’s team management
