Due to continued business expansion, we have opened a new position for KYC Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team based in Varna.
The person on this position is responsible for checking the quality of the work of the Anti-Money Laundering Operations team.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent English, both spoken and written;
- Documentation handling experience.
- KYC experience and knowledge;
- Experience in online payments processing systems will be considered as advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Sample checking of the work items completed by analysts;
- Tracking the findings;
- Provides quality feedback and recommendations to the analysts and the team leaders;
- Create and maintain the procedures for the Quality Assurance and Compliance testing;
- Maintain high levels of accuracy during quality checks;
- Ensure internal AML processes are working correctly.
