he Application Support team is charged with all aspects of the setup and maintenance of proprietary software used by Fund Accounting teams to independently value client’s portfolios.
Job Description
The Technical Support Analyst is primarily focused on providing technical support for Hedgeserv’s proprietary reconciliation application, management of the receipt and transmission of files via FTP and the mapping of files from 3rd parties.
This involves writing and maintaining XML based workflows and creating and maintaining ‘maps’. Maps are created in Excel using templates and macros developed in-house. The successful applicant will also assist in the further development of Hedgeserv’s applications and processes by understanding the requirements of the NAV teams and the functioning of Hedgeserv’s systems. Some knowledge of Fund Accounting would be an advantage.
